How fast do I get a quote?
We reply within one business day. If it's urgent, call directly — we can often fit an event in the same week.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable. For smaller events we usually have kit available at a few days' notice.
Can I update content myself during the event?
Yes. You get a browser-based view for editing text and schedules. Changes appear on the displays within seconds.
What happens if a display breaks?
Every order ships with spare units. We swap a failed display for a working one at no charge unless the damage was deliberate.
Do you deliver outside the Helsinki region?
We deliver across Finland. Outside the Helsinki region we add travel costs, itemised separately in the quote.
Do the displays need power or venue wifi?
Neither. They run on battery and update through a base station we bring with us, so your venue's network isn't involved.
Can the displays carry our branding?
Yes. We build the content templates with your logo, colours and fonts as part of the delivery, at no extra cost.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice after the event with 14-day payment terms. New customers are asked for a 30% deposit before delivery.
